The role: My client are seeking a talented IT Change Analyst to join their team. This role sits between, and liaises with many teams, to ensure robust changes are implemented into the core Production environment. The successful candidate will stem from a Financial Services background (Investment Banking, Trading etc.), and will have a degree in a relevant field.

Core responsibilities:

  • IT Change Management
  • Ensure high quality changes are implemented into the Production environment
  • Speak to developers and various teams assertively about Change Management
  • Incident Management
  • Incident reviews
  • Trend analysis
  • Developing and implementing DR/BC plans
  • Liaison with multiple teams during testing phases
  • Understanding the pillars of what makes a good application
  • Concentrating on Resilience, Maturity, Scalability and Resiliency
  • Measuring success via KPI’s
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
  • Application Maturity

Core skills required:

  • Degree in a relevant subject
  • 5+ years working in technical Change Management
  • Financial Services experience
  • ITIL certification highly desirable
  • Understanding of trade flow
  • Experience in Incident Management
  • Understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
  • Excellent organisational skills
