Occupational Health Advisor, Newcastle, FT or PT (min 3 days), Up to £45,000 per annum (pro rata for PT) OH160 We are working with a North East based provider of Occupational Health services to source an Occupational Health Advisor in the Newcastle area. This is a full time or part-time permanent role, min 3 days a week, working on a hybrid basis covering client locations throughout the North East. Clients will include schools, manufacturers, and those in the service industry, at locations in Newcastle, Gateshead, and the North East. There will be the opportunity to work from home 50% of the time. Role Responsibilities: Health surveillance activities (spirometry, audiometry, vision, skin, T3 HAVS and general observations) & medicals. Vaccinations and venepuncture. Workplace assessments including DSE and ergonomic. New starter screening – paper or face to face. Undertake sickness absence or manager assessments and reports. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within the full remit of occupational health and have a degree in Occupational Health. You must be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You must have a UK driving licence and your own car. Travel throughout the region is an essential part of the role. The role is full time or part time minimum 3 days a week. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm but flexibility may be required for some client sites and travel out of area. Salary is up to £45,000 (pro rata for part time) dependent upon experience.
