TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established, friendly high street firm as they expand their residential conveyancer team. Known for their welcoming and supportive family feel, they are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join their new office in Bromsgrove and play a vital role in managing conveyancing matters for a loyal client base. The firm is committed to providing a flexible, work-life balance environment for its staff.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload, handling all aspects of conveyancing from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors, ensuring a smooth and personable conveyancing process.
  • Provide expert legal advice on all residential property matters, while maintaining the firm's reputation for exceptional client service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and stay up to date with the latest conveyancing legislation.
  • Support business development and play an active role in client relationship management within this close-knit team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
