Academics Agency is seeking dedicated SEN/SEND Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN/SEND), Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate/Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and other Additional Educational Needs across Derbyshire Area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant (SEN/SEND preferred)
  • Experience supporting SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding
  • Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to obtain one)
  • Two professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
