Workshop Plant Engineer – Ruislip Area, West London Salary: Up to £40k DOE + Benefits We are seeking a Workshop Plant Engineer to join this plant engineering team in the Ruislip area. Additional Benefits: Health care scheme, pension, and more. As a Workshop Plant Engineer, your main duties will include: Maintaining and repairing construction plant equipment to a high standard. Diagnosing faults, servicing, and conducting repairs in the workshop. Working with a variety of equipment, including small tools, generators, pumps, diggers, excavators, rollers, telehandlers, and forklifts. Ensuring timely, efficient repairs and completing all required paperwork accurately. Collaborating with the team as needed to ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For Proven mechanical experience in plant maintenance. Qualifications in plant maintenance such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent. Previous experience in roles such as Plant Fitter, Service Engineer, Plant Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Workshop Plant Engineer. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A full UK clean driving license is essential. About You This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in plant equipment maintenance who thrives in a busy workshop environment.
