De Vere Cotswold Water Park is nestled at the edge of the Cotswolds, right in the heart of 152 lakes. The hotel offers stylish accommodation with breathtaking views and has 328 bedrooms and apartments. There are 15 flexible meeting and event spaces and 2 large conference and banqueting suites hosting up to 800. With three restaurants and bars, we have a buzzing Food & Beverage team here, but also have exciting opportunities across our other departments including Conference & Events, Reception/Front of House, Spa & Leisure, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Maintenance.

As a Bar Assistant, you will play a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to De Vere Cotswold Water Park. You will interact with our customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their drinks are served efficiently. Our Bar team work a variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis - we have both full time and part time/flexible hours available.

What we look for in a Bar Assistant:

  • Someone who is engaging, welcoming and confident and will enjoy interacting with our bar guests
  • An eye for detail and intuitive approach to ensure high standards of service are provided
  • Ideally some knowledge of working on a bar - although this is not essential as training will be provided.
