We are working with a Luxury Travel Business who are looking for a Sales Manager to work with their small, experienced sales team to ensure opportunities are maximised and the team and customers are happy. This is a very exciting time for them as they are ready to grow and expand their portfolio of products.
What will I be doing?
- You will be managing a team of 4 - 6 consultants to achieve their targets.
- You will be selling a unique luxury travel product to ensure all revenue and customer service goals are achieved together with growing the team.
- You will be dealing with any escalated issues and ensuring the team are supported and motivated.
- You will be working closely with the team ensuring they have one to ones and regular performance reviews to keep them on track and help them to succeed to their maximum potential.
- A big part of your role will be to grow the team as the business expands its portfolio of products.
- There is potential for this role to be hands off depending on your experience but they will also consider applications from candidates who still enjoy selling themselves and want to be actively speaking to their own customers day to day.
What experience do I need?
- It is essential that you have worked as a Sales Manager previously within the travel industry.
- You will be a natural motivator, a great people person and an inspiring leader.
- You will be experienced in driving revenues, keeping teams motivated and supported and commercially astute.
- Experience of growing a sales team would be an advantage.
What else do I need to know?
- This is a hybrid role in the Redhill area, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
- You will be working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm.
- There is a competitive basic salary plus opportunity to earn regular bonuses.
