Job Description We are excited to collaborate with this Leading Beauty Retailer as they seek to hire a talent and driven CRM Executive to join their team and support with CRM Digital Communications (Email and SMS) across multiple European markets. In this role, you will assist in enhancing customer engagement through strategic digital campaigns targeting both their Trade and Retail customers. You’ll leverage their automation, personalisation, and an omnichannel efforts, with the aim of helping to boost footfall and online conversions. This will be a hybrid operating role, 2-3 days in house at their Greater London based HQ. What you’ll be doing: Collaborating on digital campaigns across email and SMS channels, partnering with other Digital Channel owners and their Campaign team. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights, ROI analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement and testing. Be informed about market trends and competitor activities to inspire and enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the CRM team on customer segmentation efforts.
