Job Description SHEQ Manager – up to £55,000 – Runcorn site. We are working with a leading global manufacturer of a wide range of chemicals that are used as raw materials in almost every industrial process. They are looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join their Runcorn site. Responsibilities: To review and continuously improve SHE & local Security management processes to meet annual SHE targets. Manage and develop the Quality & Environmental Management Systems. Ensure the Internal and External audit requirements of the site are met. Lead the management processes for all training to ensure SHE standards are met. Develop and lead a sustainable manufacturing improvement process to identify & deliver improvements in SHE, Quality, Reliability, Output and Costs. Experience: Occupational SHE professional with proven experience in chemical manufacturing preferred. Recognised SHE qualification preferred. Knowledge & experience of the ISO standards & BSI processes. Knowledge of Manufacturing excellence techniques (e.g., Lean 6-Sigma etc) Understanding of process and shift operations Why Apply?
