Our team is expanding and we're actively recruiting for a Shopify Manager to take our DTC eCommerce strategy to the next level, optimising our Shopify store and driving growth through seamless user experiences, conversion optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
As a Shopify Manager – DTC Growth Specialist for an ambitious SME, you will own and optimise our Shopify platforms, ensuring a high-performing and scalable online store. You will collaborate with the wider marketing team, design, and product teams to implement best-in-class eCommerce strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Store Management: Maintain, optimise, and scale our Shopify store, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Implement A/B testing, improve UX/UI, and analyse customer journeys to boost conversions and sales.
- Site Speed & Performance: Ensure fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and smooth navigation.
- Custom Development & App Integrations: Manage third-party app integrations, Shopify theme customisations, and develop custom solutions as needed.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Optimise product pages, collections, and metadata for search visibility and organic traffic growth.
- DTC Growth Strategy: Work with our wider teams to execute sales strategies, promotions, and personalised shopping experiences.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.
Skills & Strengths:
- Proven experience as a Shopify expert within a DTC eCommerce brand.
- Experience with Shopify apps, APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Klaviyo, Recharge, Yotpo, etc.).
- Proficiency in eCommerce SEO, CRO, and UX best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Shopify analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with international expansion is a plus.
