My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven BMS Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales, and promoting our range of BMS solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background in BMS and a proven track record in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BMS sector, expanding our client base across various industries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Provide clients with technical guidance on BMS solutions, tailoring offerings to meet specific needs and requirements.
- Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using company CRM tools.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the BMS, HVAC, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Building Management Systems and associated technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
