A leading business transformation consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair seeks a talented Project/Events Manager to support their dynamic project team in delivering impactful client programmes on time and on budget. This role could suit a PA with additional experience in project management/events, who wants to concentrate their career on these areas.
As Project/Events Manager your role will be to organise workshops and events across the UK and globally that deliver a great experience with lasting impact for the client. Your duties will include:
- Day to day project management and coordination of activity for the project team
- Working alongside Event Producers for large scale events
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally
- Overseeing budgets for each project
- Project and team administration
- Supporting strategic internal initiatives
- UK and worldwide travel
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience of project management within a similar people focused environment
- A degree (or equivalent)
- The ability to work at pace and with accuracy in an incredibly busy role
- A creative mind and love of innovation
- MS Office 365 skills with Photoshop/InDesign an advantage
- A proven background managing people centric projects or events
- An interest in big businesses
This hybrid role with 3 days in the office each week is based in a hard-working, intellectually creative and dynamic environment. You must be happy to travel both in the UK and globally and to work outside standard office hours as the business requires.
