With a reputation for being first to market with market-leading NPD, they have built strong, long-term relationships with National & Regional Foodservice Customers, Wholesalers, and Buying Groups. The Role – Head of Sales- Foodservice
This is a pivotal leadership role within the business, responsible for driving total Foodservice sales growth. You will take full ownership of the Foodservice channel, shaping the strategic commercial plan, securing new business wins, and further strengthening existing customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create & Lead the Foodservice Strategy – Define the vision for growth across National & Regional Foodservice, Wholesale, and OOH channels.
- Own & Expand Key Customer Partnerships – Strengthen relationships with major Foodservice operators, contract caterers, wholesalers, and buying groups.
- Drive a Customer-Centric Growth Agenda – Work closely with Culinary, NPD, and Marketing teams to create solutions that meet evolving Foodservice trends.
- Build & Lead a High-Performing Commercial Team – Develop a dynamic team to ensure best-in-class service across the Foodservice channel.
- Deliver Commercial Excellence – Maximise profitability while maintaining quality, innovation, and category leadership in the market.
- Champion Innovation & Sustainability – Work with chefs, food development teams, and key stakeholders to drive sustainable NPD and category expansion.

Candidate Requirements
- Senior Foodservice Commercial/Sales leadership experience, ideally at Head of Sales, Controller, or possibly Director level.
- Strong track record of developing and winning business with National Foodservice Customers, Wholesalers, and Buying Groups.
- A strategic commercial mindset, with the ability to drive profitable growth, secure new business, and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Proven leadership skills, capable of inspiring and developing a high-performance commercial team.
- Ideally experience in chilled or ambient food categories within the Foodservice & OOH industry. However, the client is also open to other categories.
- A deep understanding of customer needs in Foodservice, including menu trends, operational challenges, and supply chain solutions.
