Overview: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a remote project team for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders in both Portuguese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications and modules
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Ensure solutions are delivered according to best practices and platform standards
- Work closely with global stakeholders in a bilingual environment
Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow development tools
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English
