The Role
We are looking for Pensions Administrators to manage workplace and private pension schemes, ensuring they run smoothly and comply with regulations. You will provide a high-quality service assisting members and trustees, working on a portfolio of different schemes ranging in size and type.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience of day-to-day pension administration and of working on DB, DC and CARE pension arrangements
- Ability to perform complex pension calculations
- Strong knowledge of defined benefit member calculation processes, scheme knowledge, scheme types and governing legislation issues
- Ability to work on own and to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
