A leading UK law firm is seeking a real estate Associate to join its well-established residential development team. The role will involve advising an impressive range of clients, including national housebuilders and developers, on land acquisitions and strategic site development. The successful candidate will work closely with FTSE-listed clients and regional developers, assisting them in acquiring land for immediate and long-term residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience from a well-regarded real estate practice in the UK, with some exposure to residential development matters.
