We need an ongoing HGV Class 2 Driver – Flatbed Drops (Long Whatton).

Rate: £14 - £15.00 per hour (PAYE)

Start Time: 7:00/7:30 AM

Job Type: Ongoing

We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client's team based in Long Whatton. As an experienced HGV Class 2 driver, you’ll be responsible for completing local flatbed drops, with the main duty being the handballing of timber at each delivery point.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely driving a rigid vehicle for local deliveries
  • Handballing timber at each delivery point
  • Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
  • Maintaining a high level of safety and compliance with road regulations
  • Handling deliveries in a professional and courteous manner
Skills & Requirements:
  • A valid full UK driving licence
  • Minimum 2 years of HGV Class 2 driving experience
  • Experience with a flatbed truck and happy to handball
  • A good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
