This isn’t the average personal assistant role - please take the time and read the job description. We’re after someone who ideally has some real estate background and someone who’s super organized, creative, hands-on attitude, takes initiative and ready to dive into real estate world with passion. You’ll keep the Director’s world running smoothly—managing schedules, supporting property projects, and bringing fresh ideas to the table whilst learning all the ins and outs of real estate world in London and UAE.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our SW18 branch so you must live within 40-50 mins by train from the office. We do not offer hybrid or work-from-home options.
Some of your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Help with designing captivating marketing materials, property brochures, and social media content using Canva and Photoshop. Creative minds are a must in this role.
- Work with photographers, videographers, marketing agencies to produce high-quality property visuals, ensuring every element is flawless.
- Assist with property campaigns, from brainstorming ideas to executing polished deliverables.
- Proofread documents, refine presentations, and ensure everything is impeccable—your OCD tendencies will shine here!
- Anticipate needs, solve problems on the fly, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Directors, clients, and the entire internal team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage the Directors' email inbox and WhatsApp messages, responding promptly and professionally to clients and team members.
- Keep the Director’s schedule on lock, from meetings to international travel.
- Be available as needed, sometimes and within reason will be occasional weekend calls or tasks.
- Cover meetings on behalf of the Directors when required.
- Conduct viewings or any other appointments occasionally when the Directors are unavailable or out of the country.
