Based in stunning offices with a hardworking yet approachable team of 35, the PA will be at the heart of the business, ensuring the Partners' schedules run seamlessly and enabling them to focus on high-level strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive PA support to two Founding Partners, managing complex global diaries and ever-changing schedules.
- Global travel arrangements including visas, itineraries, and logistics for international conferences.
- Meeting preparation – ensuring the Partners are fully briefed, on time, and where they need to be.
- Personal support to one of the Partners, assisting with occasional lifestyle tasks.
- Acting as a gatekeeper while maintaining strong working relationships across the firm and with external stakeholders.
