Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of construction projects, including plan checking and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
- Keep up to date with changes in building regulations and address compliance issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in a Building Control role.
- Class 2A+ registration with the BSR (essential).
- Chartered Membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or CABE) – desired.
- Experience with high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
- Excellent communication skills, both individually and as part of a team.
- A drive to develop professionally.
