Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of construction projects, including plan checking and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
  • Keep up to date with changes in building regulations and address compliance issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in a Building Control role.
  • Class 2A+ registration with the BSR (essential).
  • Chartered Membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or CABE) – desired.
  • Experience with high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both individually and as part of a team.
  • A drive to develop professionally.
