What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and implement a strategy plan for sales visits with prospective, developing, and existing clients.
- Create and refine sales procedures to increase productivity and meet targets.
- Identify and develop new business prospects in the freight forwarding market.
- Engage with clients in person, over the phone, and at networking events.
- Prepare and present captivating presentations and offers to prospective clients.
- Manage your own schedule, including appointments and time management.
- Promote and market air and marine freight services for import and export.
- Participate in sales meetings to support business growth efforts.
- Maintain accurate visit reports utilizing the company's CRM system.
- Meet sales reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- To maximise sales potential, develop and maintain strong connections with important customers and industry authorities.
- Monitor and analyze competition sales performance to preserve a competitive advantage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with project forwarding and general freight forwarding.
