Here at Farleys Solicitors we’ve been practising legal common sense for over 60 years. Our roots are firmly based in Lancashire, having started our journey in Blackburn in 1958. We now have seven offices across Lancashire as well as Central and Greater Manchester, 150+ employees and offer a full range of legal services for individuals and businesses. Our reputation and growth are based on how our legal services are delivered, combining our legal expertise with a down to earth approach and a focus on getting the job done for our clients. With the backing and support of the Lawfront Group, we’re seeing great opportunities to grow and meet our ambitions.
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Solicitor to join our Commercial Property Team in Manchester. You will work alongside an experienced team, including the Managing Partner, which will give you exposure to a wide variety of quality work and further develop your career. Ideally you will be 4+ years' PQE, although what is important is that you are comfortable with clients and competent in your role, so we’re flexible for the right person.
Your experience should cover:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Handling secured lending and property finance transactions
- Assisting with the property elements of corporate transactions
- Providing practical and tailored legal solutions to assist our clients’ commercial objectives
What’s most important is that you are someone who wants to work within our firm - a people focused culture, with ambition, but one where you’ll feel an important part of the team rather than just a number. Ideally a more senior person applying for this role will be comfortable in harnessing their referrer network to help develop business, but this isn’t a prerequisite. This role could be based at any of our other offices across the North West.
