SRS Partnership is on the lookout for experienced Maintenance Fitters to join our client's dynamic team in South Ayrshire. If you're ready for a new challenge with a competitive salary and great benefits, keep reading!
Salary: Up to £44k
Shifts: 4/4, 12-hour shifts (6-6, days/nights)
As part of the maintenance team, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with a skilled team to keep everything in top condition. Your role will be key in minimising downtime and ensuring the plant operates at peak efficiency!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to plant downtime
- Repairing and replacing equipment as needed
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Assisting with summer and winter overhauls
- Engaging in continuous improvement activities and discussions
- Completing work permits and sticking to all health and safety protocols
- Building relationships with various teams across the business
