Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage claims from initial report to settlement, ensuring a market-leading approach that aligns with business needs.
  • Handle claims from your responsible business line and other classes where appropriate, while considering subrogation and contribution when necessary to deliver a superior claims service.

  • Ensure all claims handling processes comply with my client's procedures, regulatory requirements (Lloyd's/FCA/PRA/J-SOX), and internal controls while consistently achieving high performance against Claims KPIs.

  • Provide support by stepping in for the claims manager and senior team members when required.
