Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? I’m on the hunt for a proactive and skilled Head of Maintenance to oversee this stunning lakeside resort, ensuring top-notch facilities for guests and team members. Situated on a beautiful estate, the hotel boasts:

  • 69 stylish hotel rooms
  • 49 charming lodges
  • Extensive landscaped grounds
  • Versatile event spaces

This is your chance to lead a dedicated maintenance team, take on exciting challenges, and play a vital role in the guest experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance to keep everything in top condition
  • React quickly to breakdowns and ensure swift resolutions - even in emergencies
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure health & safety compliance
  • Lead, train, and inspire a proactive and skilled maintenance team
  • Work with contractors, manage budgets, and implement improvements to elevate our resort

The ideal Candidate

  • A hands-on problem solver with a strong mechanical background
  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in a hotel/resort environment
  • A natural leader with excellent organizational skills
  • Health & safety focused, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for guests and staff
  • A can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Full, clean driving license required
