We are currently recruiting for an experienced Proclaim Developer to join the Information Technology team of a highly regarded, award-winning law firm based in North Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the firm's Proclaim database and App as it continues to expand.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's growing operations across multiple legal entities. This position offers excellent scope for professional development and the opportunity to shape the role to suit your expertise and career ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing and developing new case types, database fields, and correspondents.
- Implementing screen design and intelligence to enhance efficiency.
- Maintaining and improving workflows, including the creation of linked actions, forms, secure documents, and master documents.
- Managing user profile parameters, including calendar permissions and Microsoft Exchange integration.
- Developing and customising Advanced Reports, including designing, amending, and scheduling reports.
- Creating and maintaining case handling manuals to support staff training.
- Writing and executing SQL queries to enhance database functionality.
- Configuring, scheduling, and troubleshooting task server operations.
- Minimum 12 months experience in Proclaim development.
- Tech 4 training (training can be provided if not already obtained).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong literacy and documentation skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
