Responsibilities: As a Year 4 Teacher, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 4 pupils. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure they achieve their full potential. Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and carers to support pupil development. Encourage a love for learning through creative teaching strategies and innovative activities. Requirements: To excel as a Year 4 Teacher, you should have: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications. Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally as a Year 4 Teacher. Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills. A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring children to reach their potential. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
