A leading veterinary company seeks a talented and commercially minded Paralegal to join their collaborative and dynamic team on an initial 6 month fixed term basis. Based in Hertfordshire, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with data protection laws and supporting a variety of legal functions across corporate governance, contract management, and dispute resolution. This role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office.
About the role
- You’ll tackle diverse responsibilities, ranging from drafting and reviewing contracts and governance documents to managing data protection policies and processes.
- You'll work closely with stakeholders on matters such as Data Processing Agreements, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and responding to Subject Access Requests.
- Additionally, you will support the preparation and filing of statutory documents, manage intellectual property portfolios, and contribute to corporate transactions and risk management.
