The Role
In this fast-paced role, you’ll take ownership of managing a pipeline of opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with a collaborative customer support team, you’ll play a key part in driving the company’s growth and success. From day one, you’ll receive comprehensive training, including a dedicated 'buddy' system, to ensure you’re equipped to excel. You’ll also gain a full understanding of the business, meeting key team members across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- Achieve activity and sales targets.
- Proactively contact prospects to generate new business.

Requirements
- Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with architect drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems.
