Chroma are currently working with a nationally recognised specialist in the oil and gas industry who are looking for a Digital Technology Engineer to join their team. Based in their Staffordshire Office and offering up to £50K per year, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company dedicated to innovative solutions. This hands-on role involves a variety of technical responsibilities, including configuring and troubleshooting routers, setting up and managing firewalls, and maintaining secure network infrastructures. Essential Skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles Advanced proficiency in networking Self-motivated and capable of working independently Desirable Skills: Experience with industrial automation technologies Understanding of PLC programming Familiarity with IEC62443 standards A valid driving license is essential for this role, as approximately 40% of your time will be spent visiting client sites.
