This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with our clients bustling side of the business. The Paints and Projects Manager will be working within our clients dynamic sector of the business, participating in the management and supervision of aircraft painting and global projects. The role requires administrative and managerial duties with aircraft support as deemed appropriate by them. They’re responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of their locations, as well as meeting all regulatory needs and reporting any deficiencies to the Operational Maintenance Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- To plan, oversee and execute paint inputs (from a Part 145 perspective)
- Managing project events globally, providing support to ensure safe, efficient and effective operation
- To assist with bespoke AOG solutions to a customer occurrence
- Maintaining a dynamic feedback loop to ensure timely, regular and accurate communication to all internal and external key stakeholders
- Maintaining an efficient and effective Station structure to support the Customer
- Ensure staffing levels and skills are sufficient to fulfil customer requirements
- To ensure a good relationship is established and maintained
- To manage, understand and strive to improve business unit KPIs.

- Full driving licence

Pay: £79,000.00-£87,000.00 per year
