This is a new opportunity with a well-established commercial law firm that has a growing presence in the City, as well as several offices outside of London. The firm's successful property team is looking to expand and has identified the need for an additional Associate. As such, we are seeking a lawyer with strong commercial property experience, along with some exposure to residential matters, to handle high-value work.
The role will involve a wide variety of high-end commercial and residential property work, serving a client base that includes investors, developers, property companies, and high-net-worth individuals. Your responsibilities will cover all aspects of property work, including, but not limited to, sales and purchases, as well as general landlord and tenant matters.
Ideally, you will have between two and four years of post-qualification experience (PQE), although strong applicants outside this range will also be considered. You should have a solid career track record, having worked in reputable property teams at London, national, or regional law firms.
