  • Support internal communication and tracking of ESG initiatives.

Policy Coordination

  • Help maintain internal policy documents related to governance and risk areas.
  • Ensure updates are logged, communicated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Internal Tooling & Automation

  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and automation across contract and governance processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.

Minimum requirements of role

  • Experience supporting business operations, governance, or compliance processes within a corporate or regulated environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Comfortable coordinating across teams and gathering information from multiple stakeholders.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly in handling documentation, reports, and internal communications.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and suggest process improvements.
  • Some familiarity with concepts such as contract management, supplier due diligence, risk registers, policy maintenance, or ESG reporting is desirable.

We passionately believe that our people are the greatest asset we have. Everyone in the business has an important role to play and we’re committed to supporting the development and progression of all our staff.
