Real Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of our client to find a French-Speaking Insurer Support Representative to join their Bilingual Customer Service teams based in Bristol (BS1) on a full time, permanent basis. About The Role:
As an Insurer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking business clients. Your key duties will include investigating and evaluating insurance losses, handling queries, and providing complaint resolution in line with industry standards. You’ll be joining a team that prides itself on treating customers fairly and offering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Handle customer service queries from French-speaking clients, including complaint resolution.
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and underwriter standards.
- Accurately log and interpret data in the system, following up with relevant parties as needed.
- Arrange repairs, replacements, or payments for insured equipment and manage salvage when necessary.
- Translate documents and correspondence as required.
- Meet weekly and monthly productivity targets, supporting the team to achieve business goals.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
About You:
- You will be fluent in French, both spoken and written to a professional standard.
- MUST HAVE previous experience in communicating in both written & verbal formats to FRENCH SPEAKING customers.
- Experience in customer service or claims processing, ideally within an insurance environment (beneficial, but not essential).
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiar with MS Office applications and able to maintain accuracy in data entry.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates living more than 55 miles from Bristol City Centre will not be considered unless they are relocating to Bristol before employment commences.
