Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist and report to the No.1 Site Manager
- Oversee drywall & ceiling packages on high-rise residential projects
- Manage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidance
- Ensure quality control & maintain accurate project documentation
- Conduct site inductions & toolbox talks
- Organise labourers & fixers to keep the project on track
- Order materials and maintain commercial awareness
- Support and learn from senior site management

What We're Looking For:
- Strong technical knowledge of drywall & ceilings
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A background as a fixer OR a graduate eager to learn
- Good IT skills & ability to complete technical reports
- A Full UK Driving License
