This role ensures our manufacturing processes operate safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
You’ll play a key role in upholding product quality, workplace safety, and environmental sustainability while driving compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain QSHE policies and procedures across the business
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Health, Safety & Environmental regulations
- Lead and participate in internal and external audits
- Monitor and improve core QSHE processes for efficiency and compliance
- Identify training needs and deliver training to staff
- Conduct risk assessments and investigate safety incidents and non-conformances
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on QSHE objectives and KPIs
- Oversee waste management and workplace hygiene
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH, DSEAR, ATEX or relevant ISO training/auditing certification
- Training in ISO standards and QSHE risk management tools (advantageous)
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause analysis techniques, e.g., 5 Whys, PDCA)
- Excellent communication skills to influence, coach, and support teams
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a demanding workload
- Understanding of GMP and 5S workplace organisation (advantageous)
