Location: Canary Wharf

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 17:30

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

WFH: Office-based for the first few weeks, then 1 day WFH (Monday or Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

The Role

We're looking for a People Administrator to support HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, leavers, payroll, benefits, and HR system updates. You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries and work closely with the People Director to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries.
  • Handle employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, leavers, changes, payroll, benefits).
  • Maintain HR systems (People HR) with accurate records.
  • Support employee relations cases and minute-taking.
  • Assist with HR reporting (pay gap, regulatory reports).
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
