A well-established consultancy firm based near Moorgate station require an Admin assistant to come on board to support their social and friendly operation team on an ongoing temp basis.

The role:

  • Assisting with inbox enquiries
  • Must be happy to be on the phone
  • Speaking to clients re subscriptions - renewals
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Dealing with enquiries via phone and e-mail
  • Sending out correspondence in a timely manner
  • Maintaining company records and ensure kept up to date
