We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Night Watchman to join our team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for security and a strong work ethic.
Key Details:
- Location: Birmingham
- Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain security on site throughout the night
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols
- Record and report any incidents or irregularities
- Ensure all visitors and personnel follow safety protocols
- Respond to emergencies and assist in resolving any security concerns
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- SIA Badge
