Our growing client is looking for a Service Innovation Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support across a range of operational activities. You'll help maintain accurate records, support communication with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of services by following established processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, web, and post
- Maintain accurate records in databases and paper files
- Coordinate schedules with assessors and panel members
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Support internal teams with operational and service delivery needs
- Archive documentation in line with retention policies
- Follow compliance standards including data protection and PCI requirements
