A leading distributor of Racking & Storage products is looking to on-board a Senior Project Manager to effectively manage their projects across the North West and the UK. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong understanding of the Racking & Storage industry.
Responsibilities
- Managing high value projects of various sizes and values to fit customers’ requirements for racking, mezzanine flooring, partitioning and related products.
- Working closely with customers throughout the project’s timeline and managing their expectations.
- Visiting sites regularly to liaise with site managers and working closely with the installers.
- Ensuring that all equipment, plant and labour are on site when required and are coordinated effectively.
- Working closely with the Head of Projects and the sales team to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience of managing high value projects within the Racking & Storage industry.
- Ability to run multiple high value projects at the same time.
- Basic understanding of autoCAD is preferable.
- Full UK driver’s license is required as travel to customer sites is expected a few times per week.
- Ideally based in the North West or within a reasonable distance.
Benefits
- Basic salary up to £55,000.

Their range of products includes pallet racking, steel partitioning, mezzanine floors, industrial shelving and workplace equipment. They are now also the sole supplier for a number of Warehouse Robotics products across the UK. Established over 50 years ago, the organisation is now making a push into Warehouse Automation to offer a complete solution to their client base.
