The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Groundworks and RC Frames across the UK. About the Opportunity We have been asked to find specialist groundwork and concrete frame Project Managers capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £10 million up to £20 million each. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks and concrete frame construction for both Residential & Commercial projects. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects. About the requirements * Proven track record of delivering high-quality RC frame projects on time and within budget * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders * Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability * Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £100,000 – £120,000 per annum.
