We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and dynamic Sales Originator to join our growing team and help drive new business opportunities across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and securing new sales leads, with a focus on cultivating commercial relationships and delivering exceptional client solutions. A fluent German speaker is needed to support our expanding operations in German-speaking markets.
Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify and target new business opportunities/potential leads through various lead sources across the EMEA region, focusing on prospects in both existing and untapped markets.
- Qualify leads by contacting the company to confirm site closure or restructuring activity which precipitates the sale of assets.
- Research the right opportunities and make the required phone calls per day to find, and advance opportunities that might lead to deals for the company.
- Locate and source potential leads through various company provided lead sources. Develop new lead sources to achieve assigned lead KPIs.
- Load leads into Salesforce, track, follow up, and monitor to advance sales process or close lead.
- Secure list (excel file) of assets for sale from the company.
- Schedule site inspection or presentation to potential clients and hand the relationships over to the sales team post site inspection.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with senior sales leadership to support development of strategies for market penetration and growth across EMEA, with a specific emphasis on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- Client Engagement: Build effective relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and offer strategic recommendations.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct company introduction presentations with potential clients driving the sales process to successful closure.
- Secure and organise site inspection or presentation to company, supporting sale process.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Lending, Valuations, Real Estate, and Jurisdictions outside EMEA to ensure seamless pursuit cross-border opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system, tracking deal progression, and reporting on sales performance.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success and growth of the EMEA region.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is preferred; proficiency in English is essential.

Education & Experience
- Experience of successful telephone sales experience is essential.

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to manage the sales pipeline and track performance.
