This is a permanent position and the Mechanical Project Manager must have experience in HVAC. Job Duties for the Mechanical Project Manager: * Manage multiple projects throughout from prestart, weekly progress and handover meetings. * Ensure good communication is met, Liaising with engineers/ site managers. * Liaise with professional bodies and managing operatives to ensure deadlines and budget. * Organise and Monitor job resources, from labour to materials * Must have experience on HVAC projects * Strong technical experience * Project cost control * Effectively record and monitor but not limited to daily diary, site progress including photographs, meeting minutes/ notes. Required skills, training and experience for the Mechanical Project Manager: * Minimum of NVQ level 3/ City and Guilds (or equivalent) in relevant trade. * Previous experience manging projects desirable but not required. * Communication skills verbally and literately. * Literate and numerate with good IT Skills. * Full UK driving licence. * Ability to understand and work to / design Drawings. * CSCS card and Asbestos training desirable but not required.
