Senior Sustainability Consultant- Energy & Thermal Modelling Hybrid London Salary up to £65k Our client is a well-established compliance business with over 25 years in the Construction Industry, and they are seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant, wishing to join their team at a Principal level. They have clients throughout the UK and work with residential, commercial and public sector clients. They have a 30 strong diverse team with a passion to create an outstanding service level that is second to none. They aid the design process and create an environment that is focused on the quality of living by using the expertise within the industry and delivering a service that will aid developers in an ever-changing industry. The company is employee owned, and a quarterly profit share bonus scheme is in place. They actively support career development and invest in training to ensure continued professional development. The role will be focussed on being able to lead multiple ongoing projects, sharing your knowledge and expertise with your team, to enable them to meet and exceed the client expectations. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise using IES-VE and be able to work confidently in several consultancy services, including Part L compliance. A working knowledge of energy strategy, residential overheating, non-domestic thermal comfort and passive design analysis would be advantageous. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the Build Environment. This position will be in the London office and will be on a Hybrid basis, 2 day’s a week.
