- Previous experience as a Head Chef within high-end 3 AA Rosette/Michelin standard restaurants is needed for this role, as well as sound knowledge of modern European Cuisine.
- An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 15 Chefs.
- Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
- Sound financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing.
- Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
