EMEA Sales Director – Software – Hybrid (South Yorkshire Office 3 Days onsite Required)

£100,000 – £120,000 + OTE

Are you a dynamic and strategic sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the technology sector? Parkinson Lee is the retained partner for an innovative and fast-paced SaaS business, searching for a Sales Director to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop & execute strategic sales plans to drive new customer acquisition & revenue growth across EMEA

✅ Foster cross-selling and up-selling strategies within existing customer accounts

✅ Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy

✅ Provide insightful reporting & analysis to drive data-driven decisions

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS/software sales

✔ Track record of exceeding sales targets & delivering revenue growth

✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

✔ Data-driven mindset with CRM expertise (Salesforce experience a plus)

✔ Willingness to travel across EMEA to engage with key customers
