Job Summary:

You will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, with a focus on Low Voltage and High Voltage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Verification: Ensure turbines, panels, transformers, and other components are correctly installed and comply with safety and performance standards.
  • Functional Testing: Perform power-up procedures for individual components, verifying their operation and ensuring optimal functionality.
  • System Integration: Facilitate seamless communication and synchronization across all systems for efficient performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the commissioning process using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of test results, observations, and procedures to ensure a smooth operational handover.

Requirements:

  • Proven electrical commissioning experience within the wind industry
  • Turbine Experience of at least 1 year
  • Electrical qualifications
  • GWO Certifications
  • Winda ID
  • Right to work in the UK.
