We are currently recruiting for a well established client in the Worksop area.
Responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out building maintenance, electrical installation and plant services equipment repairs (including sanitaryware).
- Conduct routine plant services preventative maintenance including refrigeration, legionella testing & air compressors.
- Carry out legislative testing and inspections.
- Supervise plant services installations.
- Ensure the close monitoring and control of contractors.
- Provide assistance to the maintenance team and provide emergency callout cover where required.
- Ensure all procedures and systems are kept up to date.
- Comply with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Environmental Legislation.
