Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00pm – 5.30pm

Are you a skilled and passionate Furniture Consultant with a strong background in sales? Our client is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team and help clients find furniture solutions that perfectly match their design vision, functional needs, and budget.

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, interior designers, and project managers to source and integrate high-quality furniture into both standalone projects and construction developments. Your expertise in furniture design, procurement, and project management will be key to delivering seamless, well-executed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients, designers, and project teams to understand furniture needs.
  • Run detailed consultations to assess preferences, functionality, and budgets.
  • Source and research furniture from different manufacturers.
  • Develop comprehensive furniture proposals and presentations, including schedules, visuals, and pricing details.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to gather relevant information.
  • Manage the procurement process, from pricing negotiations to order tracking and delivery coordination.
  • Offer expert guidance on furniture selection, ergonomics, and space planning.
  • Oversee furniture installations, ensuring smooth integration into project timelines.
  • Attend site visits to assess spaces and guarantee proper placement and installation.
  • Update on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced Office Workplace Furniture Consultant or similar role in design & build workplace, furniture dealership or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturers, materials and production process.
  • Strong professional communication skills to speak to clients and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Familiarity with Procore and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to create cohesive, client-focused furniture solutions.
